ZenVid Terms of Service

Welcome to ZenVid, a video sharing platform. By accessing or using ZenVid, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ZenVid, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use ZenVid.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use ZenVid. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

  • Contains nudity, sexual content, or pornography

  • Promotes violence, hate speech, or harassment

  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code

ZenVid reserves the right to remove User Content at its discretion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use ZenVid for unlawful purposes

• Harass, abuse, or harm others

• Attempt to hack or interfere with ZenVid systems

• Impersonate others or provide false information

• Use automated systems to scrape, download, or manipulate data

6. Content Moderation

• ZenVid may remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms.

• We are not responsible for User Content and do not guarantee accuracy, legality, or appropriateness.

7. Intellectual Property

• ZenVid and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Termination

• ZenVid may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms.

• You may delete your account at any time, but User Content you’ve shared may remain.

9. Disclaimers

• ZenVid is provided “as is” and “as available.”

• We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or reliability.

• Use at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenVid and its affiliates are not liable for damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the platform

• User Content or third-party content

• Account compromise or data loss

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ZenVid harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law
